PAYMENT OF GOODS

NOTE PAYMENT IS ONLY ACCEPTED IN U.K. POUNDS STIRLING

All payments by credit card payments protected by PROTX

When ordering on line .. Please give your full name and address as registered on your credit card, together with the start and expiry date, all the card numbers plus the last three digits on the rear magnetic signature strip and the issuing bank ie Natwest .

If ordering by telephone or by post ... you will be required to supply your full name and the address as registered on the card plus the number of the card and the expiry date

NOTE goods can only be sent to the address registered on the credit card.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER.

Cheques and P.Orders to be made out to Gee Dee Models Ltd On the reverse side of the cheque print.your full name.. postal address inc.post code.your cheque guarantee number and expiry date of same.

NOTE we need five full working days from receipt of your cheque for clearance.

UK & EEC CUSTOMERS

All items are priced inclusive VAT at the standard rate where applicable

ALL CUSTOMERS FROM OUTSIDE THE EEC are entitled to deduct 7 / 47 th from the retail prices with the exception of books, magazines & catalogues.

POSTAGE / CARRIAGE AND PACKING CHARGES

The Postage charge is listed against each item. In the case of multiple orders only the highest post cost will be charged, plus 25% of carriage charges for other items.

Insurance is included within the postal / carriage charge for goods up to the value of £20.00. Additional insurance cover over and above £20 will be provided and charged at the customers request on the order form.

50p up to £100 value. £1.15 up to £250. £2.25 up to £500..

For overseas carriage charges please E.Mail or telephone for quotation

Responsibilty for any delay, damage or non delivery for goods will be the

carriers responsibility once the goods have been signed for and accepted by the said carriers.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

We endeavour to maintain stocks of all the items shown on our website, however, sometimes this can be beyond our power due to delays from the manufacturers and suppliers. Should any delay occur you will be informed of the delivery situation immediately with the option of cancelling the order if you so desire. If however, due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to supply the goods ordered then we reserve the right to terminate the order and refund the cheque or postal order.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Any shortage or faulty items must be reported to Gee Dee Models in writing within 7 days. If on delivery there is any sign of damage.please sign the consignment note as 'damaged parcel contents not checked for damage or shortages' Please note the name of the carriers.

WARRANTY

All goods are sold subject to manufacturer’s warranty.  Any items found to be faulty, or not to your satisfaction on arrival, will be replaced or credited immediately, provided they are in mint condition and returned within 14 days.  Normal statutory rights apply.

DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF GOODS

All images, descriptive matter, specifications and sizes on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.  We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong, we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.  All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.  We reserve the right to change prices and details without prior notification.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.  If you have already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately refund you the value of the incorrect price charged.
