POSTAGE / CARRIAGE AND PACKING CHARGES

Postage is calculated by Rate bands from £4.00 upto £10.00. For some large / heavy items the carriage might be more and will be shown on the page.

 In the case of multiple orders only the highest post cost will be charged.

 All small items are now being sent Royal Mail Signed For. Large or expensive items are sent by Carrier or Special Delivery.

*For outlying postcodes AB, BT, JE, GY, IM, IV, KW, PO30-41 & ZE a surcharge may apply if consignment is bulky or weighs over 1Kg, you will be contacted if this is the case.

 All payments by credit / debit card are protected by Sage Pay secure payment site. We do not receive your card details, only clearance and your address details.

 When using the payment site, DO NOT use the back key / button or refresh. Because it is a secure payment site it will either shut down or not accept the order. 

 If the payment is a success you will receive an email receipt from SAGE PAY with a customer ID code eg  55rN1LdqAS453oTqmxwmAip25gFQz

 You will also receive an email receipt from the shop. This is an automatic receipt and will even go out even if the payment is a failure.

Insurance is included within the postal / carriage charge for goods up to the value of £20.00. Additional insurance cover over and above £20 will be provided and charged at the customers request on the order form.

50p up to £100 value. £1.15 up to £250. £2.25 up to £500.

Responsibilty for any delay, damage or non delivery for goods will be the carriers responsibility once the goods have been signed for and accepted by the said carriers.

NOTE PAYMENT IS ONLY ACCEPTED IN U.K. POUNDS STERLING

We accept Mastercard, Visa,  Delta, Maestro and Amex

ORDERING BY PHONE

If ordering by telephone or by post,  you will be required to supply your full name and the address as registered to the card holder.

Goods can be sent to another address but we still require the address registered to the card holder.

 Card details taken over the phone are shredded as soon as the order is processed. They are not kept on a computer.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER.

Cheques and Postal Orders to be made out to Gee Dee Models Ltd. On the reverse side of the cheque print your full name,  postal address including post code.

NOTE we need five - seven full working days from receipt of your cheque for clearance.

UK & EEC CUSTOMERS

All items are priced inclusive VAT at the standard rate where applicable

At the moment the web site is not set up for export. If you require any items contact us first. Carriage will be charged at cost and can be expensive for large kits.

ALL CUSTOMERS FROM OUTSIDE THE EEC are entitled to deduct VAT from the retail prices (Multiply by 0.8334 to give you the price without VAT) with the exception of books, magazines & catalogues.
